Returns & Refunds

HOW TO MAKE MY RETURN?

We are delighted to announce that returns are free, up to 12€, for all orders placed for France.

Returns outside France are the responsibility of the customer.

For all return requests, please contact customer service ( contact@paloma-collection.com ) and indicate the order number and the item to be returned.
Items should be returned by post to the following address:

Attention, for returns outside the EU, we invite you to clearly specify on the customs form that it is a "return" so as to obtain a return "free of duties and taxes" (without additional costs ) and we also invite you to slip the initial invoices into the return package, specifying which items are being returned. Collection Paloma will not bear any customs fees. 

RETURN DEADLINES

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us for a refund if they do not suit you. Please note that returned items must not have been worn.
Parts whose label has been detached and are in poor condition cannot be returned.
Paloma Collection reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

REIMBURSEMENT TIMES

You will receive an automatic email to notify you when the refund has been made. Allow approximately 10 working days upon receipt of your return for our service to process your request.

Reimbursement deadlines may be extended during sales periods.
