DRINK / A light shandy without alcohol
Sunny days arrive here in Lisbon…
Here is a cocktail recipe that will brighten up your aperitifs.
The lemon, ginger and rosemary shandy… Simple to make and light, the perfect duo for a good night out!
Ingredients (for 1 or 2 servings):
2 cups of ice cubes
Juice of 1 lemon (about ¼ cup)
1 C. tablespoon sugar (or honey or maple syrup)
¼ tsp. teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
1 can (473 ml) Sober Carpenter wheat beer
1 to 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, to serve
Lemon zest, to serve
1- Add the lemon juice, sugar and ginger, then stir well with a spoon so that the sugar is completely dissolved.
2- Fill the rest of the glass with Sober Carpenter white beer, then garnish with rosemary sprigs and lemon zest to serve.
