RECIPE / Brownie with Pecan Nuts

RECETTE / Brownie aux noix de Pécan

This is one of the best recipes we have ever tasted, thank you Cyril Lignac for this sublime aptation! The perfect New York brownie!

It is melting and not too sweet, something to enjoy and relieve our irresistible sugar cravings...

Ingredients :

2 whole eggs

120g butter

100 + 40g 70% dark chocolate

60g milk chocolate

80g golden sugar

40g flour

125 g pecans

2 pinches of fleur de sel

Preheat your oven to 160°C.

Butter and flour your mold or place a sheet of parchment paper snugly in it.

In a hot skillet, toast the pecan nuts for a few moments. Book.

At the same time, break your chocolate into pieces (as a reminder, 100 g of dark chocolate and 60 g of milk chocolate) and melt with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave (30 seconds at 900W, then stir and redo heat in additional 10 second increments if needed).

Then, in a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar with a spatula or a whisk. Add the melted chocolate/butter mixture and mix well. Add the flour and fleur de sel. Mix again.

Add the very lightly crushed roasted pecan nuts and the remaining 40g of dark chocolate.

Pour into the mold and bake for 20 minutes, not more, if you want your brownie to remain melting in the heart. Let cool to enjoy...

Happy to bloom!
