We reminded her of the best foods to integrate into her daily life for a fulfilling pregnancy...

Carbohydrates for energy:
Potato, wholemeal bread, brown rice, semi-wholemeal dough, sweet potato and legumes (such as lentils, chickpeas etc.)

Fibers to maintain comfortable transit:
Cereals (whole) and legumes, red and green beans, leeks, fennel, apricots, prunes, figs

Proteins for placental cells and help your baby's brain tissue development:
Chicken, tofu, oilseeds (almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds...), chickpeas, spelled, buckwheat, quinoa

Calcium to help your baby's skeletal development and preserve your teeth:
Oats, almonds, soy, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, sesame seeds (or gomasio), dairy products (for those who can tolerate them)

Lipids always for energy and to promote the development of the baby's brain:
Salmon (well cooked), tuna (always well cooked), rapeseed oil, olive oil

Magnesium: dark chocolate (better if more than 70% cocoa), green vegetables, lentils, cereals...

Iron : spices (and in particular cumin and curry), spirulina, thyme, olives, eggs, sesame, dark chocolate (always better if more than 70% cocoa ), cashew nuts..

Iodine , tasting cod (cod) but also fish! (2 times max per week during pregnancy because too many heavy metals according to health recommendations)
